Hello everyone! I have been so slack lately...sorry! Not much going on other than every day life. So I will just do some updates and maybe just 1 rant. (LOL)
Today was the last day of Super Doubles at Harris Teeter, not as exciting as usual. I feel I got some great deals especially on dog food. I think I am stocked for at least the next 3 months. I had some pretty good shops. I wanted to post pictures, but I bought 3 bags of dog food each time and I just couldnt lug those bags of dog food in and out for picture purposes. At least I know Nitro (my German Sheperad) will appreciate my shopping trips this week!!!
I brought my 4 wheeler home Friday. I haven't had a chance to ride yet, but everything seems to be in order :) Hopefully I will get to test it out pretty soon! After it was all said and done I only had to pay $140 for the near rear end assembly. I wont complain one bit, it was about $1,400 worth of repairs so Yamaha I thank you!!! If anyone is looking to buy a ATV go with Yamaha, they stand behind thier products and I am very happy with the service I recieved from Yamaha's corporate office as well as my dealership Triange Cycles in Durham North Carolina. They are awesome and I thank them all for thier hard work. That is one problem that has been taken off my plate with a great outcome. A good sign I hope.
I tackled my issues with Verizon Wireless too... Not as easy as it should have been. Let me say I have been a customer with Verizon for the past 9 years with never a complaint. I added two more phones to my plan and it has been a hassle to get all the charges they added taken off. 1st of all I am upset that thier own employees don't know thier policies which started this whole situation in the first place. I talked with 3 customer services agents before ordering the new phones and recieved the same answer from each of them, then the story changes. That doesn't work with me... When I do everything in my power to do things the right way I will not pay for someone elses mistakes. Plain and simple. So I was pro-rated when I was told I wouldn't be, I was charged to changed a phone number I requested in the first place and not to mention ativation which was clearly stated would be credited on my first bill. So after 3 phone calls to get the mistakes corrected finally my bill is correct. I am happy *now*, but I did let them know I was very unsatisfied with the service I received. After being a customer for 9 years you can push the issue a little more. All in all its done and taken care of, so I will let it go now :)

I can't help myself...I am so ill about increasing rates on everything! This is not a joke, but I think everytime I open up a piece of mail there is a rate increase on something. Lets see, the economy is krap and people are barley making ends meat... What are these companies thinking? Our homeowners insurance has gone up, which leads me to believe when the auto policy renews that will be increasing as well. (Mean Face) Last month our phone bill and Direct TV bill had increases. Property taxes, sales taxes, gas is on the rise again, and the list goes on. I am working less hours making less money, yet every time I check the mail someone expects me to pay more for the same service I have been recieving. I am to the point that I just want to start making phone calls and ask these folks what thier problem is... My thinking is this...these companies have to be losing customers. So leave the rates alone so people can continue to use your company. When times get tough people have to make choices and raising the rates make you think do I really need this? Can I drop my plan to save money? Then what happens you loose a customer or they drop to a lower package and you make less money. Good job, I applade these companies for being complete donkeys. (I am sure you can imagine the word I really want to use there) I am going to make it a mission to call these companies and see what they will do if I threaten to discontinue my service all together. I pay $85 for a package that a new customer can get for $20 less, if they can have it for that price why can't I? Errr, I am on fire just thinking about it. Middle class people like myself are disappearing into poverty, its quite sad...what has happened to America? This country is sliding down hill on a daily basics, I am scared to see what the future holds. I just hope to hold on...until this roller coaster ride is over!
